1. About MySpectrum™

MySpectrum™ is a UK-based identity-driven brand celebrating neurodiversity and human cognitive variation.

The site may include:

- Editorial and educational content

- Community storytelling submissions

All content on this Site - including but not limited to text, slogans, designs, graphics, artwork, branding elements, and digital materials - is the property of MySpectrum™ unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- "Your brain is beautiful - Set it free".

- "My brain is my superpower".

- "The spectrum is not a tiny island.  Its a landscape of human variations".

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Personal, non-commercial sharing with clear credit to MySpectrum™ is permitted.

3. Community Contributions

Users may submit stories, reflections, or other content via forms or member areas.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

- You are the rightful owner or have permission to share the content. 

- The content does not infringe any third-party rights.

- The content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful.

By submitting, you grant MySpectrum™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

- Publish

- Edit for clarity or length

- Share across the Site and associated platforms

An anonymous submission will remain anonymous unless you request otherwise.

We reserve the right to remove or decline any submission at our discretion.

4. Member Access

Where member registrationis required, you agree to:

- Provide accurate information

- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

- Use the platform respectfully and lawfully

MySpectrum™ reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the community.

5. Products and Orders

Where products are offered for sale:

- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

- Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

- We reserve the right to update pricing or discontinue products at any time.

Each MySpectrum piece is created specifically for you.

As a part of our made-to-order approach, we do not hold stock and therefore cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We encourage you to review sizing and product details carefully before placing the order. 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right.

To request the review, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the issue. 

Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. No Medical or Professional Advice

Content provided by MySpectrum™ is for informational and inspirational purposes only.

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice. Users should seek appropriate professional guidance where necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySpectrum™ shall not be liable for:
